Ordering, Shipping & Returns
How do I place an order?Prints and Studio Editions: order through the website, through official stockists or by email.
Originals: by appointment only. We can arrange a studio visit or a private digital presentation first. I want you to see the work properly before you commit.
Commissions: start with an email describing what you're looking for. We'll discuss your intent, your space, and your emotional brief before I quote anything.
After your order is confirmed and payment received, I'll send you a confirmation email with estimated delivery timeline.
Where do you ship? How much does it cost?I ship worldwide. Prints ship in protective tubes. Editions and originals are professionally packaged for safe transit.
Shipping costs depend on destination and size. You'll see the exact cost before you commit to the order, no surprises.
For originals and large editions, I arrange specialised art shipping with tracking and insurance. We'll discuss the logistics together so you have all the details.
What if the work arrives damaged?
Every shipment is professionally packaged. But transit happens.
If your work arrives damaged, email me at studio@petergil.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. I'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
What's your returns policy?Prints and Studio Editions (online purchase): You have 14 days from delivery to return the work, no questions asked. The work must be in original condition, in its original packaging, with the certificate of authenticity (if applicable). Return shipping is at your cost unless the work arrived to you damaged.
Refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the returned work.
Originals: Because originals are viewed by appointment (in person or via digital presentation) before purchase, returns are handled case by case. If something isn't right, email me. We'll work it out.
Commissions: Custom works made to your brief are non-returnable, as agreed before the project begins.
I want you to live with art you love, not art you regret. If something doesn't feel right, talk to me.
How do I pay?Bank transfer, card, Stripe or PayPal. For originals, I offer flexible payment: 50% deposit to begin,
50% before delivery. We can also agree on a custom schedule that works for both of us.
All prices include VAT where applicable. Invoices are issued for every purchase.
